I hate to tell you this, but there will come a time in your life when your health is no longer great, where will you be then? As usual, you, & many like you, do not do your homework. You just listen to the pundits of Faux News, Limbaugh, & the republican party to tell you how to think. Do you EVER read any of the bills put forth in the House & the Senate? I doubt it!

Vern, it is quite obvious who you represent, the wealthy people who are going to have their taxes raised to pay for a healthcare plan. Your “town hall meetings” aren’t set for times when the working person can attend.

Small business can’t afford to pay for employee insurance, disabled people can’t afford/get healthcare insurance, large companies keep increasing the cost of employee insurance, and the AMA limits the # of medical students. AMERICA NEEDS a healthcare plan FOR ITS CITIZENS!

Very good. We need to protect small business so they can create jobs. Obama cannot be allowed to rush the vote through without giving time for the voters to familiarisr themselves with the content of the bill. I much appreciate your use of modern technology in keeping in touch with your constituents. I wish other republicans would adopt this system. The use of the internet was so instrumental in winning the election for Obama.

Rep. Buchanan, you are right on in looking to an alternative to the rush to push this bill through. Anytime business is levied, that expense must be added to the cost of the product/service, hence, we all will be footing the bill. My question is what type of health care plan is enjoyed by our public officials?
